Level 80 sin gear?

I see a lot of threads for 90, and 99 gear, but none for 80. How's this gear look? Keep in mind I don't have a TON of gold, so...

Weapon: hook and thorn tt80

Ring: Misty ring and silver cresent??
Robe: +dex
Necklace: +dex
Belt: +dex

Head:?????????
Chest: tt80
Legs: tt80
Boots: tt80
Wrists: tt80


Not really sure on what I should be looking for as far as the ornaments go... I'm full dex build with 25 vitality. I use pdef ornaments but I would be willing to use mdef ornaments.

    TT80 armor is a waste. Mold armors will do just fine til 90.

    Ok thanks, which mold armors should I get? The level 79 ones or what?

    Yeah the 79 plate and the 69 leggings are the ones for that level range. I found a pair of +5 69 leggings with 4 imacs for a few mil and used it til 90. Ended up actually making some profit reselling them.

    I was just thinking, and correct me if I am wrong, but I have some 3 star and other blue gear all with +dex... if I got most of the mold gear for level 75-80, I'd lose out on my dex, but gain a lot more defenses. So which would be more important? More defense (as in like, 50 more physical and nearly 150 more mdef) or 5 dexterity per piece?

    Well, on my Archer, I wore Dark Shinguards of Hedes and Boots of Tiger Strength until I got the TT90 equivalents. Currently my plan for my sin is like this:

    Armor: Counterstream Armor (Rank 4 armor)
    Leggings: Spirit Eater's Shinguards (gold TT80)
    Boots: Spirit Eater's Boots (gold TT80)
    Wristguards: Bracers of Blood Moon (DQ -0.1 interval bracers)
    Rings: Attendance Ring - Good
    Helmet: Helmet of Lion Spirit
    Cape: Energetic Robe - Wraithgate
    Necklace & Belt: Whatever

    Of course, there's a few pieces of highly expensive or rare gear there. What I would recommend, that is also pretty cheap:

    Armor: Armor of Grieving Sorrow (78 legendary)
    Leggings: Dark Shinguards of Hedes (69 legendary)
    Boots: Boots of Tiger Strength (51 legendary)
    Wristguards: Blood Bracers of Fang (78 legendary)
    Rings: Attendance Ring - Good
    Helmet: Heavy Helm of Xanadu (quest reward)
    Cape: Any with sockets
    Necklace & Belt: Whatever

    When you get into the higher 80s, you'll get stuff like Sky Demon's Pearl, Demon Slaughter Belt, Ring of Heavenly Lord to use.

    Oh and by the way, Hook and Thorn does more DPS than any other weapon pre-Nirvana, except for stuff like Hitman Legend and Lunar Dissector (Rank 6 and Warsoul, respectively).

    Also, the tt80 ornaments and armor are worthless.
