Tideborn problem?

I guess is my problem but maybe someone know how to fix it. The problem is I see all tideborns purple and with no hair all are identical (with different clothes). When i select them i can see his autentic color and hair in the circle with the face but only in this circle, i can't see the autentic color and hair in the whole char.

    please use search. please. this is asked every other day.

    go into your system settings and turn on Customizations

    This is disabled when you use best performance, and doesnt turn back on sometimes.
