What do these white boxes mean? Chunks of code missing? Why does this game have it? I play other games and they dont have it....

Is it on purpose? or a glitch? I notice these at quite a few places....

    DDS files for the grasses went missing like 100 patch versions ago, if you happen to have grasses.pck from way back then you can open it up to fix it...

    oh...how do I put the .pck file back in? where do I put it? Kinda lame the Devs cant put it back in themselves -.-
