Balance between magic classes?

Are they ever going to balance the wizard and the Psychic? It seems Psychic far surpass wizard in everything. There casting speed is faster, Their Damage is higher, They got a spell to increase even more damage. I think wizards only have a third element not available to psychics.

I would understand if they made psychics Fast casting low dmg and wizard high dmg slow casting. Is anyone else Irritated that you spent RL money on your wizard and they **** up the balance rendering ur character inefficient completely?

    tbh, once you put -chan into the equation and skills like sutra

    wiz comes out balanced.

    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.

    i already started 1 topic in the forum here and 1 in the suggestion box.

    search psy dmg > wiz dmg

    to be honest its not only an impression that wizard is no longer highest dph class just compare skill dmg values. Search for the other topic and please write also in the suggestions box topic so that developers see that actions are required

    Why do people say wiz are for DPH even??? For anything other than our ultis, psys do more damage per hit with black voodoo on.

    And then there's their lvl100 nuke that will do more than our ultis with black voodoo.

    some of us don't play to win, I know I don't... true I want to feel just as powerful and balanced, but I prefer wizards/elementalists in games. (though more dark spellcasters/warlocks as "subclass" are interesting)

    Whole point of balance is that you like a given side/class/whatever and hate to see it underpowered. People who only play to win have no idea what balance is. "Jumping ship" does not balance a game.

    Do you think I chose a wizard because I thought it would pwn?

    I tell you one thing though. Out of all noobs who ask "what class should I play?" the most annoying ones are "which class is best" as if that is a reason to choose a class.

    If you enjoy playing your wizard, you should strive to make your wizard strong. Nothing else. I am really getting sick of people coming in with this psychic this, psychic that. Coming from a person who played both a wiz and psychic. I still prefer to play my wizard. Psychics are only good for PvE tbh. To PvP as a psychic becomes a lot more work than whats really needed.

    Im proud to play a wizzie. Im working hard on getting the gear I want, with friends farming nirvana to get money for gear.

    Up until now, I've neglected my armour, so finally getting around to it, and was able to get my tt99 sleeves.

    I don't care that psychics hit harder/faster, cos I can still kill them. I don't care about 5.0 classes, cos I can still kite them. I might not be the best skilled, and Im certainly not the best geared by ANY means. But if Im striving to continually make myself proud of my wizzie, which is every day :D

    At the end of the day, you are still handicapping your squad. They would never admit it of course, especially if they are your friends. But truth is often different than idealistic.

    Might as well have others do nirvana and give you free stuff... more efficient.

    Unless you run with a full magic squad in respect to the DDs o.o

    On Sanct, I know squads that have barb, cleric and 2x wiz + rest usually are randoms, archers with bows or non-int BMs. Of course that squad is not fast but it works.
