well any genie is good but the one i have is zeal jus for the pull skill which is handy in bhs when there is no veno. i put all my points in to mag for quick pull skill recharge and vit so it could use it a few times. for skills i put mostly healing skills e.g. tree of protection it has saved me many times and maybe second wind. there are also many good skills that increase your atck but im ot sure of the names. there is also another skil that makes you go at top movement speed b:cry which i also dont no the name

i hope this was some help
eeew gltich. no its been there for 3 months its one of pwi many features :D

All genies have the same set of skills you can teach it, provided you have the required affinity and lucky points. It really doesn't matter which genie you have as you can allocate the points whichever way you want on all genies. Magic classes tend to get zeal for the extra starting points in magic, which increases the recovery time of your genie stamina.

Which Genie: doesn't matter. most use zeal for earthen flame to pull mobs (as said here) but ultimately it doesn't matter.

What stats: alot of mages like dex genies. More and more are liking strength genies. I would recommend putting 50 magic first (50 magic doubles your genies recharging rate) and then at least 40 into vitality (up until 40 I think it adds points 1 to 1 to your genies energy). Once you have those, you can: (a) add points to dex if you have genie skills that use dex; (b) add points to str if you have skills the use str; or (3) add points to vit so that your genie has more energy to use more skills more quickly, but after 40 (I think its 40) it takes 2 points to raise vit 1 point..

And now? Amiable pve wizard, beloved by all, aka BLUEMYSTIC. Pleased to make your acquaintance."

Yes, it makes no difference at all the kind of genie you use. The real issue is the number of slots it has and the affinity mix you choose. I don't think its necessary to throw 50 mag attribute points in from the start. Just increase that with time so that it gets to 50 around lvl 80 or so. That's about when wizards really start to depend on the genie to develop their game, in my experience at least...ie chi replacement becomes mandatory. Chi is the primary issue I think. So my affinity mix starts with Cloud Eruption and all other genie skills revolve around that. These are strength point skills so I wouldn't go for more magic attribute points after reaching 50 (which gives your genie the 1 second bump in recharge).
