I am not sure if this is the correct forum for this; Since it is the issue of Zen, I feel it is most appropriate here:

I am what I like to call a "freebee-aholic"! I find it difficult to pass up something free.
Well, let me let you know something to be aware of;

I participated in some of the "Free" Zen programs. Filling out surveys, looking for better deals on my car insurance, et cetera. Well, I have completed enough of the "Free" Zen programs to be over 3000 Zen. I received just under 200 Zen, give or take a few.

I came to a couple conclusions; First, you can't always save a lot on your car insurance by trying to get Zen! And second, it doesn't matter how much you complain about it, how many emails you write, or how many people you contact, you will NOT always get what's promised.b:angry

Having tried to get this resolved from Perfectworld, as well as through the "Offer-Pal" that takes care of the issuing Zen for surveys and such; Not only would they not even TRY to resolve the issue, but they have not made even a single reply this week! Not at all actually!b:shocked

So, BE WARNED!!!!
DO NOT Waste your time with so-called "free" things.
Even if you are poor like me, it's not worth the time.b:surrender

    I know exactly what you mean. I completed a 1487 zen offer that was actually a PAID offer, where I enter credit card information and whatnot. It was a 14 day trial offer, free for 14 days, but they automatically charge after that 2 week period.

    I waited a bit after I got the confirmation that I got the trial offer completed. The zen offer said "zen awarded within minutes". Hours past and no zen.

    I called the 14 day trial people (Real), and cancelled my 14 day trial, so that I would not be billed, and no money would be out of my pockets.

    I sent multiple e-mails and completed the form in "Missing Zen?", but to no avail. It's been almost a week since (Sept 27), and they haven't even replied to anything. NOTHING. Offerpal scams people and enjoys doing it.

    I have the confirmation email of the offer, and I completed the offer to the fullest of what it was asking of me.

    Never again will I do any of these "earn zen" offers.

    I can sort-of see why they haven't responded to you as you did the "free" zen offers. But for me to do a PAID one and be given nothing but a cold shoulder is just.. despicable.

    NEVER TRUST OFFERPAL. Though I heard if you call their headquarters with all the details about your offer, they'd do something. But I could care less at this point.
