Methodology Behind Bans

So what exactly qualifies a player for being banned? I am curious as to how the mechanics behind this work. What kind of bans are administered? Are there permabans, 2 week bans, month long bans?

    i got perm ban on forums for disrupting them or some **** like that lol but truth is I pissed off a Gm with my asian joke on one of these thread figuring that most of are Gms are in fact asian and males they got pissed and laid down the ban hammer on me and i just laughed caz it's funny jajajab:cute

    Easy there Phailed, I'm just asking about how bans work, not particular bans on people. I don't want this thread locked without a reasonable response...

    Gah. x.x Don't go all discussing your own/others bans here. We have enough closed topics about exactly that to get another one, containing a rather good question as well. I for one would really like to hear how you get qualified for a ban/how long etc.

    Of course not all rules are in black and white, but if you have questions regarding the rules or "methodology" your best bet is to contact them via PM on forums or Customer Support Ticking System because they won't discuss any disciplinary actions in public.

    Why do people criticize our mods for not being high-level enough in-game or even play this game when our own lvl 9x Elven doesn't even know where to find rules.

    And even to ask was fail to begin with.

    Breaking forum rules qualifies a player for being banned.

    Bans can be anywhere from a day to permanent, and your in-game account can also be suspended, depending on your violation. Circumventing your ban is one way to get your game account suspended, for example.
