Damn Scammers

Here's my situation...I bought a person's Perfect-Token of Best Luck and apparently I was scammed. Instead getting the Perfect-Token of Best Luck, I got Perfect-Token of Luck which I bought it for 4.9 MIL... I was wondering why do you let these problems happen and why do you let them continue scamming people in this game? Did you know we (the players) spend alot of money and time on this game...Also, will I get my money back from the person who scammed me and from the other scammers? This happened to me like 3-4 weeks ago...PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!
