two questions

1. i havent played in a while and forgot my bank pin, how do i recover it?
2. it says i have unread mail next to my mini map, how do i view it?

    1) not sure
    2) Go to mailbox, take to it, and read mail.

    1: i'd open a support ticket. i know of no other way, at least.
    2: mailboxes are next to every banker and every auctioneer NPC, look for those.

    you go to PW's customer support website (http://support.perfectworld.com/) and hit "request support". go through the complicated process designed to make you find an answer in their FAQs and knowledge bases and whatnot (and hey, maybe you even will, stranger things've happened), and at the end you generate a trouble ticket which some PWE employee will eventually get to. possibly they'll reset your bank pin, or possibly they'll tell you it can't be done; i don't know off hand. still, i think it's your best option.
