Making TT gold bracers

A noob question but for the life I can not find the answer.

Do I ( the char ) Have to carft the TT gold armor on that the char that will be using the gear , or Can I make the gear on another char I have with the lvl I need in taylor and give my sin the gear?

    You can make it on another char as long as you don't accidentally equip it onto that char.

    Bound stuff is also transferable through Account Stash.

    They are only bound once you equip them. You're free to add sockets, refines and shards or even turn the pieces into Nirvana and trade them away, if you wish to.

    Also, even if they were bound, you could still transfer them with the Account Stash, unless the item happens to specify that it cannot be put into the Account Stash.
