Genie skill: Earthquake: disrupt skills?

Earthquake
Violently shakes the ground under your feet. Causes 6.2 Earth damage
to enemies within 10 meters.
Knock back monsters. Has a 10% chance per level to disrupt enemy skills.

Question: Does disrupt enemy skills mean cancel channeling? Does lvl 10 Earthquake mean a 100% chance to cancel channeling then? (which ud make earthquake a better Lightning Chaser then, not considering the low range)

    Yes, it cancels channeling. I don't use it very much but I haven't seen it fail at level 10 yet so I think it's 100%.

    Lightning Chaser on the other hand seems to fail quite a lot.
