OHT = Shorter Range?

I was questing in OHT, and somehow I was getting hit an awful lot more then usual..

The usual Macros I have: Take Aim-Frost Arrow-2 Normal Shots- Knockback, usually kills anything before it whappies the hell out of me.
But then I noticed something-
"Hold on.. my range has gone down by atleast a quarter"

I asked a veno (SpankUrNuts, who is in Tempest with me) to come, his range was also reduced. When we both went out of OHT to whap a mob, our range was back to normal.

So.. anyone have this happen to 'em or an explanation why range in OHT is shorter?

    Your range isn't shorter. Mobs there insta regen hp somehow, so they take longer to die.

    When my archer quested there, it seemed like that to. But i think it is the same range, just looks shorter cuz maybe some mobs are bigger. But you should average your damage in and out of OHT to see this.

    ^this.

    Example:

    OHT mob: Skull Hunter ( http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/mob/20213 ) - run speed 6.0
    non-OHT look-alike mob: Cougaret Master at Arms ( http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/mob/7057 ) - run speed 4.0

    In fact pretty much all of the OHT mobs have speed 6.0, so yeah, they close you down faster, you get hit more often. Consider using knockback after frost + 1 normal instead, and maybe use stun more often.
