Ummm are you ever going to fix that or what, i dont enjoy that every cleric iv used for 3-2 or 3-3 has been 1 shot by the random aggro/aoe - so basically i gotta have full nirvana before i can farm my 99 gear? or what - anyone got a tips guide on how to glitch the hh's?

Steelation is pretty terrible. He's got the sleep + dot, AOE stun, 5.0 attack. People keep saying that instances need to be more difficult, well here's Steelation for ya. Can't imagine how it would be for a normal squad. If your squad is good maybe you can block his sleep and purge or kite his 5.0, but the longer a fight lasts, the more room there is for mistakes.Elena Costel: I wash my hands of this affair.

I am doubtful that anyone who knows how to effectively kill all of the bosses in 3-2 and 3-3 will be sharing their "secrets" or ways of surviving the bosses.
It is unlikely that HH will be changing back to the "old way" so you will just need to adjust.
I can tell you that all of the bosses in 3-2 and 3-3 (Illusion is questionable at times -.-) are doable with one smart/decent cleric as low of a level as 91.
It is all in the positioning of the squad members and the bosses...I will leave it at that.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

With rest of the members being 100 or low-90 as well? Also, how doable 3-1 is with low-90 party?100% F2P player. Started PW: March 2007, Quit PW: March 2011.

<,< all I've experienced in 3-x is following a bunch of 5.0s and bum rushing it, hoping they all die before they gets the chance to do anything funny. With the cleric asleep people sort of live on Blood Paint, Triple Spark, and chaining Absolute DomainElena Costel: I wash my hands of this affair.

I never said someone would not "come forward." All I am saying is that there are a few ways to do these bosses that make them much easier. When 3-1 first came out, I was a HUGE advocate of 3-1 being just insanely difficult for the level range to which it was to be applied. However, I have since been on runs with the level range of the instance and I can assure you it is very much doable (I was not on Rose btw for these runs as she is not to level). Although I do know some 10x squads that have a difficult time (LOL). In any case though, they can all be done with the required level squads of SMART/DECENT players. If you get a bunch of noobs in there, trust me things can go terribly wrong. b:surrender

Well i dont think the problem is the ability to tank as much as it is for the CLERIC to actually not be 1 shotted every 30 seconds regardless of a 2nd cleric they should atleast give us more ways of earning MYSTERIOUS CHIPS so i can atleast buy the mats quicker. 0

I've been on TT2-3 runs that ended in disaster with 83 cleric and 90 barb, both with average equips. We were wiped twice on Wurlord. That's why TT3-1 is pretty much out of reach for "average" squads.100% F2P player. Started PW: March 2007, Quit PW: March 2011.

I am going to be vague here:
3-2 Emp --> Doorway...Hall...Area near Piano/Couch...Stairs behind the Doorway (where archers would tank Steel). Keep in mind this boss is still very much Archer tankable and a preferred method to make like much easier (well for me) but can be very much done with a kitty or a bm.

The gear was all "average," as was that of the character I was on. And sorry (inB4flames), 2-3 should not be an issue for the squad you just described.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

FCC exp room shouldn't be either, yet it is. I remember our 91 veno saying before the run that "2-3 is hard, maybe we should do 1-3 instead?". Everyone said it is easy. After having to go to town I understood why that veno said so. b:chuckle

Me and 4 others just got an illusion stone and a giant beast's footprint in one run yesterday, 6mil for Rawrgh plz. b:pleased
Oh, and some genie skill that breaks you out of sleep, have a cleric with it, and a veno with it.
The only bosses that should be one shotting clerics is Illusion lord. Steelation a good veno is required. When he buffs himself (it looks like wind shield genie skills) run like hell until your veno can purge.
It's best to have 2 people that can tank it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

this is with normal squad, none really op. as you can see is essential to purge (no buffs on boss) and rib strike (sin skill). actually when you see him buffing all melee should run away, possibly not in cleric direction to get him slept and let veno purge. he doesnt 1 shot anyone at long range but cleric need to purify hp debuff on everyone... except those with 4/5 aps if there is any0 -

3-1 is very much doable with a 9x party. Well, dunno about Steel yet, but I imagine as long as there's a veno to purge, he shouldn't be insanely hard.
3-2/3-3...probably not gonna be doing Emp again until I make some pdef/mdef charms. And find a decent archer tank (with bow, not ****ing claws). No offense to the kitties, but archer tank has always made 3-2/3-3 a hell of a lot easier.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

when Steel buffs himself he also says "HAHAHA", which I never noticed until someone told me because I usually keep common chat (and world chat) off.

if it allows u to place them into the account stash(if u have one)u can put them on your other character(s).You can also transfer rep darkness stamps,and also a big plus you can switch bound gears like weapons and armors and ornaments to yur other account to wear..woot on account stash stone!0 -

since the mats are tradeable buy them from other players (optional: with money from easier tt)?
and if the wrong char get the chips buy the mats on him?
ok, you might get your chips split between the 2 chars but the chance to get chips is doubled so it will be evened out0 -

3-1 Beast one-shots my 4.5k HP cleric (full tt90 gear) every time without AD. He hit me for 8k sometimes. The only way my squad was able to kill it was by not missing with AD when he did the AoE. But it can be done. I posted a pic of my low level squad's (level 83 barb tanking, clerics level 90 and 93) success on the official TT thread. You could probably use apoth pots too but I didn't want anything that would freeze and keep us from healing. More alternatives to AD might be nice though.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
