Is IH really Stackable?

    45% channeling here and that "graphical bug" was there, but I also had a laggy, unstable ISP. Now that I moved, upgraded my computer, I can heal spam to my heart's desire and not run into this glitch. Even when I did see the glitch, it still cast, the animation just didn't go through (happened after every heal cast animation that did go through on the old connection).

    IH does stack with itself. but it does override sunder's heal

    as for why i cant quite figure out...
    Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.
