A strange sense of chivalry

I am on my way into secret passage to help guildies kill a couple of bosses. I hear over vent from person that there is a blood red name sin chasing her into secret passage. I wasn't far behind so I spawned inside look into the first room where everyone pvp's anyways... Just in time to see a red name sin come out of stealth and attack someone. I stunned the sin and start attacking and shouted over vent to go for the boss.... My guildies run by another sin starts attacking me and the other I stun and aoe both... one forces itself back into stealth I run after my guildies. I get half way to eido and it starts again... Stun locked by the stealth and having one hell of a good fight then the other sin comes out of stealth next to me (this one was not red just pink) demon sparks and we fight for another minute or so before I die (surprised I lasted so long). After I die I say in normal chat good fight guys and respawn in orchid temple and go back.


I come back and just make it out of safe zone and get stunned by one killed by the other and then get told in normal chat... I only helped her because I saw you and the other player ganking her she never called me. I explained why I attacked her

1. red name

2. hunting guildies

3. rpking in general and bright red (I like to hunt red names)


He never responds back


So here is my question... when you see someone guildy or random... do you attack the redname and give them what they deserve? Do you attack the white name for whatever reason? And if you see 2 people fighting a red name do you help that red name??? I am just trying to wrap my head around this one and figured I might get a laugh by some responses on here so have at itb:thanks

Yea I agree... I found out the guy I helped was a 95 barb and could have handled himself... I seen other 89+ sins that can kill me on there own stunlocked before my charm ticks.... These ones couldn't do that.... I wish I had fraps running and knew how to use it... cause it was a good fight

ya pretty much failed sins, hell i got my standards for when it comes to rpking and well it's pretty much tusk town or swamps or heavens tear when there's high levels camping lowbies. I could probable go toe to toe with some 9x sins and actually beat them, and yes im bragging.

Loki, u should have seen the early days of the server, to do anything on sp u literally had to go several times a day to see if the way was clear, cause 90% of the time there were rednames camping there no letting ppl pass for any reason. After that, camping sp became a bannable offense, if u encounter that again, u can take a snapshot and report.

Now, answering your question, in that case, I would kill the redname just 4 the reason that I love pvp, and 4 me, camping lowbs is an insult to pvping...key word: camping.

People now think your stupid if you tellem its bannable since GM's dont do much about it anymore but man i got past once while they were distracted killing everyone else... just to find a archers (think it was Zinovas) arrow on my back from behind a pillar T.T i wated after that b:surrender but yeah 1.they attack guildy attack them (unless guldy says wants to go alone ) 2.attacks white = same as first and 3.ganks on red=....i actually help the red if theyre at a disadvantage makes it funner sometimes

I usually help the underdog unless I hate that guild or person. Regardless if they are white or redname.



Unless its helping guildies, I will always attack people attacking guildies unless they are on my FL.

Now, camping sp IS a bannable offense according to the pwi management, idk and idc if the GMs do something about it, it doesn't affect me at all, but it is still part of the behavior regulations, I was just sharing an opinion with Loki and a comment. Now, don't try to come into the forums and act like a smart as.s 'cause we're all smart asses here.

lol didnt mean you personally,i meant if you would tell most players who play now they would think or say that you are (not implying you are since you do know its bannable obviously >.>) because most havent been banned(yet?) doing it or seen someone banned from doing it or havent played long enough to know that its bannable...sounded bad cause i didnt word it right wasn't personally at you

yh i pretty much do the same. btw Moog you have a fashion twin on HL. he also does not like to wear pants b:chuckle

imo killing lowbies is pointless. for me pvp means that the other person has somewhat of a chance. but then again not everyone has enough confidence in their skills to attack players of a similiar lvl. *but* i spent a few hours killing lowbies the other day. only the red names that were picking on even lower lvl players. funny how the people i killed QQ d about a higher lvl killing them when they were doing the same.

as much asi detest lowbie killing, i am highly opposed to secret passage or any other place being bannable for pk. if someone doesnt like PVP at any given moment, go PVE server where you can pick and choose. unfair for players to roll on a PVP server and then get randomly banned for pvp ing. just my thoughts b:surrender
