Greetings everyone.

So here is my problem. Not sure if its a bug or what. I own a lv 3 faction and tried to submit my icon through My account > Faction Icon Submission , well didn't worked out quite well.

Problem: All fields are grayed out, seems so if i wouldn't even own faction lv3.

Question: Is it a bug that i'm unable to submit it like that ? Or if i can't submit it through there should i just simply send the Ticket about faction icon change ?

    Well it says you can do it every 2 weeks. Every maintenance. It worked once for me and i changed the icon , we're still waiting for it to be updated.

    Please send in a ticket to Customer Support and let them know everything.

    If you have been waiting more then two weeks, please contact them again and reference the earlier ticket number so they can find out what is going on.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Thats what it shows me.

    Its totally blocked. Nothing to do , on firefox and explorer. Both updated.
