    Most of the time macros work with Gush->Pyro combo indefinitely proving that there's some sort of delay (at least on my end). b:surrender

    yea exactly, macro gush + pyro always work indefinitely to me.

    the point is that for some reasons my character stops doing anything after each cast time for like 1 second.

    he start channeling
    he end channeling and start casting
    he finish casting, then he stay still doing nothing for about 1 second
    then he start new channeling

    the delay is always the same, macro or non-macro.. maybe with macro is a bit worse but not that much, about 1.2 seconds instead of 1 second

    its like my casting times are doubled for some reasons lol, 2 seconds of cast time instead of 1 second.

    if you click the spell venomous or pet heal twice (and really fast) and you get your fingers away you will see that the spell is casted twice with no animation between them, its like skipping cast time and go directly to the next channeling bar after first one is finished. i used this to heal pet after boss does 1 big hit.
    at wiz, not really 1 second but the 'gap' you speak about is the (retaliation/under attack/prepare) animation that try to fill in while you do venomous or plume there is no animation that try to fill in between spells. it happens to any spell with shorter or equal cooldown than their cast to be 'continuous'... check morning dew.

    gush-pyro macro fails randomly without reason b:angry


    (and when demon sparked its not possible cause of cooldowns)




    and i have those delays too, PING is always around 500 or way higher (so theres a little problem :P)

    Scarab, IH, Plumeshot spam outdamages gush-pyro with the same build cause of the delay /sad

    What I don't get is why this applies only to different spells. I mean, it's not like I lag less when I spam Morning Dew... what the hell man. b:angry

    I still have no idea what is happening.

    If someone can post a video of a macro pyro gush pyro gush pyro sequence with their R pain open) then we could see the details of the spell timings and maybe have some insights on how things are happening. Even better would be if this was on a boss so you could do a longer chain.

    For example, let take following macro:
    Pyrogram->Gush->Pyrogram->Gush->....
    1.5+0.8->1+1->(3-(1+1))+1.5+0.8->1+1->....

    As you can see, pause will be (3-(1+1)) or macro will fail.

    P.S.
    And as I know about bad ping , I can tell, that even macro with good intervals can fail. More, hero can be killed if you can't send signal to server. I checked it with different ISP with different internet speed in the same day .

    speaking of morning dew has it ever went and kept repeating on its own

    occasionally it just keeps going without me hitting it again

    I'll explain you, assuming:

    Pyrogram
    Channel: 1.5 seconds
    Cast: 0.8 seconds
    Cooldown: 3.0 seconds

    Gush
    Channel: 1 second
    Cast: 1 seconds
    Cooldown: 3.0 seconds


    This is what should happen:

    0:00 -> Start Channel Pyrogram
    1:50 -> Start Casting Pyrogram
    2:30 -> Start Channel Gush
    3:30 -> Start Casting Gush
    4:30 -> End of combo, total time 4:30 seconds

    This is what actually happens to me and many others:

    0:00 -> Start Channel Pyrogram
    1:50 -> Start Casting Pyrogram
    2:30 -> Start doing nothing for 1 second
    3:30 -> Start Channel Gush
    4:30 -> Start Casting Gush
    5:30 -> End of combo, total time 5:30 seconds

    On the otherside, if we think about for example plume shot combo, we have:

    Plume Shot
    Channel: 1.5 seconds
    Cast: 1.0 seconds
    Cooldown: 1.0 seconds

    What we have:
    0:00 -> Start Channel Plume Shot
    1:50 -> Start Casting Plume Shot
    2:50 -> Start Channel Plume Shot
    4:00 -> Start Casting Plume Shot
    5:00 -> End of combo, total time 5:00 seconds

    There is no gap if you repeat same skill!
    If you happy wanna be, against the wind you won't have to pee.
