Anni gift, Mod or GM plz answer

How long do you have to get your anni gift? I planned on waiting till my new char was higher than my old main so i could just upload the stuff to him but i figure id ask here to make sure i didnt miss out on my gift and make sure that i already hadnt, I did the whole submit a ticket thing and got an auto response and then re opened the ticket and asked a different question pertaining to the same thing and got the dame auto response that didnt answer my question either time so as far as im concerned the submit a ticket thing is ridiculous and a waste of time so if i could get a legit answer id appreciate it
