PROBLEMSSS - Please help :C

Okay so I reinstalled the game and i can now get out of BP mode, but when i see characters I only see their default hairs and faces [black hair normal faces ect.] Can someone tell me how to fix that?


Itd be bunches of help :D And im stupid so please explain with small words and explanations XD

    Please try the following:

    1. Click the System button in the bottom-right of your screen
    2. Click the System Settings button that pops up
    3. Click the UI tab at the top of the System Settings panel
    4. Click the Customizations box so that it is checked
    5. Click Confirm to apply the settings and close the window

    You should now be able to see every other person in the world as the beautiful unique snowflake that they are.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
