Cant purch Zen

hello,
I decided to purch some zen to my pwi char but i got problems with the billing service.
i bought spacial visa for paymet

i selected "direct credit card" as payment

the build my profile , then at the last chapter "checkout" it sais thet the system cant charge my zen frome the visa and its faild...
i trying agein and agein then i tryind with my sister card and it blocked my billing account

i dont know what is monkeybookers and how to use it but im stuck now and cant buy anything
