Think I can solo TT2-1 (solo mode) without a charm?



Edit: No, the +9 refine on wep was not a misclick (and no, I was not the one who refined it).

    +9 refine and 2 **** shards. Get sapphire gems lol, much cheaper than refining and would get you more damage.

    Tho sorry I have no idea about your main question. Because I've never been to TT solo mode, any TT. b:chuckle

    Totally not relevant to my post. If you haven't got an answer to my question, dont even answer, especially since you've never been to TT (which is kinda sad).

    I got the wep for 20m, spending all the money I had. Sorry I don't have another 9m to put in sapphire gems :\.
    I'm not a cashshopper who has billions like some.

    I don't this is even possible with any gear. Maybe if you have end game gear all +12 maybe then. Mage is not build to do that solo.
    Maybe some1 has another experience.

    I never said I haven't been to TT, I said TT solo mode which is what you're trying to do?
    You said solo mode, I think it probably is possible with better gear and a charm without too many ticks. Without a charm, as you asked, I doubt it. Unless you have time to heal yourself and take hits in the meantime, but it would take forever. b:surrender

    even with the best weapon and refines available you would simply take too much time and charm ticks

    2-1 solo mode... ppl are doing it for forshura armor or whatever drops at wurlord. if i remember correctly that boss has range magic damage too and can be tanked from range. you dont need earth barrier in this case, you need pyroshell since its magic fire damage. i heard some wiz tanked this boss squad mode with BB but i didnt see it personally.

    i would have tried with my wiz but the problem is first boss, not only that he melee but has a nasty physical aoe too so... i just go there squad mode with my veno. was better if you had a veno alt, doesnt need to have herc for solo mode.

    I've done 2-2 warlord with bb a few times. 2-3 is not doable for me though.

    I have around 17 k fire res ( standard tt90 armour with sage pyroshell.) And 4.8k HP unbuffed.

    I have very similar fire res and 5.6k unbuffed, tanked 2-3 just fine with BB, im assuming it has more to do with the cleric's matk than your gear.

    just giving some numbers. my herc has 6k hp (with bless) and 7961 * 2.5... lets say almost 20k magic resist and the highest hit from 2-3 wurlord is around 4.5-4.7k magic hit
    a BB provide you half damage reduction so you dont get that much damage as a wiz but the cleric need decent magic atk for decent heals from BB

    Solo mode? Without one? Doubtful.

    And what was said by Hex is true--the charm ticks and repairs make it not worth doing solo.

    Something tels me most of you have not been in solo mode TT before.

    2-1 solo mode:
    The mobs: 1shots or near 1shots
    The bosses: Comparable to mobs in old unicorn forrest (2nd past map), but that abit more hp

    The main problem is probably the first boss, with a phys aoe that slows down your channeling. Wurlurd and feng both use mag hits, roughly 400dmg. You can self heal against that.

    The main reason you might not wanna try TT solo mode, is cause the costs in subs is usually more than the money you gain in drops. Though if you get lucky you'll get a few forshura's armors (over a set of runs), and make good profit

    I do not think your phys def is up for it. Get closer to 10k. I can tank squad mode 2-1 and 2-2 with a cleric and full buffs without ticking badly but I've got 12k phys def. I can alsot tank 2-3 except cosmo though <.<

    solo mode? yes but it wil ltake you about an hour and a ton of hp food

    1st boss is a pushover he just does a weak phys aoe at range

    2nd boss is wur but fire sheild would make it doable(only 1 of him and he hits weeeaaaak)

    3rd boss is feng...water sheild and go crazy
    Gifs are hard to make work here

    I'd say its do-able, but 1. You'll be spamming crab meats every second they're off cooldown. 2. Bosses will hit a truckload on you (They hit around 500-2.2k per hit), 3. First boss will **** you with slow chan debuff at range and massive phys damage at melee, and 4. You'd be spending more money (on pots) than what you'd be making.
    Is it worth it for you? I'd say no.
