Damn General Summer Stole My Ghost Wand

Yes, it's just like I said.
General Summer the NPC in Archosaur City stole my Ghost Wand.
Here is how it happened.
I went to him and clicked on him because it looked like he had a quest for me.
He says "I will trade you a bronze (something or other) for an old wand.
Out of curiosity I click ok expecting another dialog box about which wand.
But no dialog box appears and instantly my Vicious Quest Ghost wand is gone out of my hand.
Now I had one hell of a time with that quest and I finally passed it and that wand was my reward.
There is no option to even get it back.
What kind of a jackass NPC trade deal is that?
I want my wand back please!
I am not sure if this is a bug or not but it is something that really needs to be fixed.
How do I file a complaint in this game anyway?
Please help.
My Character is a Level 22 Cleric on Sanctuary and the name is Tamlinari.

    I don't think you can get it back, but if you open your supply stash, the magic sword you get from it is actually comparable, and in some cases better than that wand.

    Ok, I will look but I really want my Ghost Wand from the Vicious Quest back.

    Then your only real option is to send in a ticket, unfortunately. 1 only, then wait. Any more than that moves you back to the end of the line.

    the quest to get a charm for yur trial weapon is pretty clear and self explanatory. just look on it as a learning experience - dont go clicking ok if you dont know what is going to happen and then whinge about it after. as Tank says, the chest weapon is comparable if not better than the trial weapon - and you now have a charm which should help later.

    Oh, please don't lecture me in such a condescending rant.
    It's a game and I am sorry but the intention of that was not very clear to me.
    I just checked, it looks like I got absolutely nothing in return for him taking my wand, not even the "bronze whatever it was".
    Nothing!
    I am very upset right now.
    That must be a bug and it needs to be fixed.
    I hope that they will return my quest wand.

    i am not being condescending - i am just telling you how it is - most folks just rush through quest boxes without reading then complain they dont know what their quest is about.


    go speak to summers again to pick up your charm. he should have a flag over his head instead of a shield

    you can try to get your item back - but i wouldnt hold your breath

    I am sure that you are a nice person and you mean well and I apologize for being so upset.
    But there is no flag over his head, there is only the option to repeat the same thing that just happened.

    First make sure that your inventory is not full. I've had that happen to me, I couldn't get the charm because my bag was full b:chuckle

    If all fails, send in ticket?
