-int sage/demon slipstream

hi guys, im a -int sin and soon ill have to choose between sage or demon

my question is about an especific skill: Sage version of Slipstream Strike

can i rely on this skill + RC to get a high speed? the effect duration of Slipstream looks like to short for me, on a boss fight can i have a high DPS like a demon?

i like the sage buffs, but for a -int sin, i like the speed

please someone help me b:laugh

    i know the DPS will be worse than a demon, but to much worse?

    3 seconds is pretty much useless. The skill takes 2 seconds to cast anyways.

    not to mention the lag time after the skill uses up almost a second of the 3 seconds

    Also, attack speed buffs don't stack, so no, you can't use two of them to get high speed.

    i know, what i meant was using slipstream while RC stay in cooldown

    and i forget about the lag time after the skill
