Install problem

I have a problem where I Install PWI and then it doesn't give me a way to open the game its almost as if it says its complete but it really only installed half the game. I was wondering if there are some peopl out there that may explain why a game wouldn't install all the way or have problems similar to this. Like is it because of my security on my comp or mabye even a virus that i dk about is blocking it? I just need some help plz.b:surrender
