Level VI skill Apothecary NCP?? Help!

OK, this is probably a very generic question to most of you, but I believe I have maxed out my lvl 5 potion mfg and am 80% to complete my lvl 6 (um, I think).

My problem is, I've forgotten how I got to 80% and now every Apothecary NCP I see in the game only train up to level 5 potions.

Someone please remind me where I need to go to finish maxing out that potion level?

I believe I saw higher level mfg NCP of other catagories sprinkled around the map, but can't find anything higher than V (5) for the potion dude.


General Questions answered:

1. Yes, I am over level 80 (I'm currently 87)
2. Yes, I have spoken to Arch Elder
3. Yes, I have gone to and purchased Advanced Apothecary Skill book from Herb Gardener aka Huajen (618 389).
4. Skill level in my "Skill list" states I'm a level 6.
5. oh and... when I continue to attempt mfg of level 5 pots my % complete doesn't budge.

If anyone has any positive advice or enlightenment, I'd appreciate hearing from you.

Unless the guild you are in owns one of the major cities, you cannot make the level 6 apoth pots.

You can however level your apoth making def/mag/attck charms.
