player atleast lvl 10 or higher?

It says to purchase Zen I need a character that is lvl 10 or higher and my character I'm playing with is lvl 12. Help?

    Did you level up recently? It takes some time for the ingame data to load in the website login. I suggest you wait and try it later, tomorrow it will work for sure =)
