Offerpal, allow users to complete offers for zen. These offers can be free or paid for.

I am a user who has been using the offers page to get small amounts of zen on a daily basis. I noticed that around 7 in 10 offers DID NOT credit you for your work. Not really an issue if you do not give out VALID contact deals, but if you do and get no credit - It's called a scam.

For me the only offer I did get credit for was the survey of the day(s) which now ironically enough do not credit me anymore.

They do however have a "missing zen" tab. How nice of them, if you fail to get paid you get to "submit a ticket" one problem with that though. 9/10 of the times for me the offer I recently completed DOES NOT appear in this area thus being unable to submit a ticket. Sound fishy? It get's better. If your offer does appear in the list they have a very horrible service which is often automatic, they also ask for "proof" in the form of an email which frankly is stupid as some offers do not give out emails upon completion.

A warning to everyone who plans to use offerpal. They have been known to NOT credit you for offers. In total, they owe me about 4gold in zen and I am still waiting for it.

On another note, I sent in a email to customer service directly and got no response - and from what i've read and been told by others OfferPal arn't really a "trustworthy" company. Just a warning guys from me. If you plan to use sign up for any offers you may not get credited for your work, if that is the case don't bother using customer service unless you want a chain of automated messages you'll get nowhere.

^ agreed only ONE offer worked for me the rest say *we are proccessing your request please view these optional offers* for 2 hours and it still says the same even if you refresh the page
