Need some advice.

I wanted to ask you high level wizards how LA would do as a wiz. Right now im pure Int and I die in like 2-3 shots from a barb/bm when i get stunned and I am getting tired of it. Would anyone reccomend going LA?? I mean i'm loving my damage output at the moment, but I'm just sick of dying so fast. Also, how much would statting to LA affect my damage? Thanksb:bye

    I really wouldn't recommend LA at all. You'll realize as you start getting to end game that LA is easily the worst of the three armor types, LA = squishy to just about everything. It is only really useful for classes that benefit from lots of dex (archers/sins). If you are really worried about survivability just add some vit. 50 vit or so is 500 hp, and is easy to restat back to pure int if you get better gear in the future.

    At level 70, honestly I would recommend trying to stick it out until lvl 80 (TT80 gold armor, if that is what you are going for) or lvl 90 (the TT90 green armor has a load of +vit and +hp). It gets much easier.

    I leveled 2 wizards to the 90's and did both as light armor until 90 when I reset to pure arcane. That's what I recommend doing for everyone that wants to level a wiz. Its just soooo much easier.

    But at level 70, you've already done 80% of the hard stuff. For you, I would say just stay pure. To reset to light armor its going to be at least 15 gold now, and 15 gold later to reverse back to arcane, possibly more. And that is not counting cost of new gear. 30 gold is 10-13 million coins on most servers.

    Save the money you would otherwise spend on restating and new light armor equipment and instead put it into hyper stones to level past these next 10-20 levels. b:chuckle
