Questing while Safety lock on ?

Hey guys,

yesterday I got to lvl 65 and I got a spiritual cultivation quest. I ignored it and decided to have some fun at Orchid Temple. Anyway, today I decided to check my quest, made it to the place where a popup screen is coming up, clicked on it, but the quest in my quest list is not changing. I already changed my Safety lock time to 1 minute, but as you all know it's taking 3 days for it to reset. So I want to know - is it possible the quest not to be changing because of the Safety lock, or I`m going wrong somewhere ? Thank you !

    No, safety lock should not affect quests.

    Are you sure your quest list isn't full? If it is, complete or trash a quest or two then try again.

    The level 65 cultivation quests steps should be:

    1. Talk to Tough Man Tiehi in the Village of the Dreaming Cloud
    2. Investigate the Swamp of the Wraiths (546,399)
    3. Return to Tough Man Tiehi
    4. Talk to Elder Huo at Whetstone Keep
    5. Kill the Noxious Philistine southwest of Whetstone Keep
    6. Return to Elder Huo
