Marriage problem

My husband's BM and my Cleric are trying to get married in game. We have the packs and opened them. When we went to the Eldest Matchmaker, it took our silks, but did not give us the option to continue. We have tried relogging to see if either the silks will come back but nothing has happened. After spending the gold on the packs, we really do not have to want to buy another pair in order for our ceremony to continue. Any suggestions as to what to try?
