Can not open my Anniversary Ticket

Hi there all hope all fine and good

I have a promble that I can not open my Anniversary Tickets the Mount and the Blessing untile now I have only the Tickets and really it sandness me to know I have been given a gift from PW but I can not open or use it at all .
as If I did not been given this Gift at all .

so what to do ?

    Repost with smaller font and better spelling then they will think about helping you.

    Full quest list is your problem.. delete a quest and try again

    Also make sure you have maybe 5-10 empty inventory slots.

    Thanks to all whom advised me to solve this matter both of IVIrJasper and MistaBwanden .

    And for your Hanky you can not respect your self to respect others . the matter is not spelling or font .
