What the hell does your UI look like then? If your HP bar isn't in the top left of your screen then you're doin' it wrong.

All squad settings are supposed to be on the left hand side of the screen, ijs.

Did you even read before responding? No where did I say my HP bar was NOT in the left hand corner. I said my squad isnt...because I chose for it not to be.

I understood perfectly. The squad settings are normally on the LEFT side of your screen. Your own HP and MP bars are at the top LEFT corner of your screen, therefore, directly over the rest of the members of your squad. YOU were and idiot and moved your squad settings because you wanted to and now YOUR stat bars don't line up with everyone else's stat bars and you're crying about it instead of putting the squad stat bars back where you found them and learning to use it that way. I'm pretty sure that that was all on the same side of the screen for your convenience. If you can't play with the settings as they are perhaps the problem doesn't lie in the game, but more so with you.

Or your reasoning could also be that you can't just remember to add one to the number of stat bars under squad to realize how many people you have. =_=;

I understood perfectly. No, Actually you don't, If you did you would have an actual rebuttal other than the imature trolly bandwagon responces you made. So far it was nothing of any kind of contribution positive or negative in the form of feedback...typically just childish blah blahs. Which would simply suggest, you had no clue where the suggestion was leading to, or purpose or cause.

Irrelevent, This is a suggestion forum, and I made one, and we have that right to. I understand you are a Newbie to this game and all. But learn some respect.

I obviously didn't make some typical bandwagon troll remarks, otherwise you would have ignored me like everyone else.

When you make a suggestion why don't you explain WHY you would like it that way? If you can play just fine with it as is then why QQ and suggest a change? If it isn't broke, then don't fix it, there is my explanation as to why your change shouldn't be implemented. It's that simple.

Also incase you haven't noticed, most people, when they make a suggestion, tack on their reasoning for doing so. Learn to sell your idea in a way that isn't a one-line QQ and then maybe more people would hear you out. I shouldn't have to ask why you wanted things the way you do. If anyone misunderstood or had to assume anything about your suggestion then you obviously didn't make your point or argument clear.

So the fault of any kind of misunderstanding still lies with you since you're too incompetent to explain yourself in your first post like everyone else.

For one, It wasn't in the line of "QQing" Had it been that form of suggestion you would have seen things such as me making claims that are not true..or claiming I'll rage quit if it isn't "fixed" which I never said anything was broken.

My mere suggestion had enough to back it's purpose. It is simple, Your personal HP/MP be lock in with the squad so you can have the option to MOVE all of you AND the squad to another position for better monitoring of HPs...just like you can move your Genie where you want them, and the other five where you want them... etc etc..

I as a cleric (which you hoped I wasn't) learned to still play with this still the way it is. And again, never said I could or couldn't play either way. However, with a simple no HARM DONE to game play suggestion, would love to have my own HP bar (for better monitoring) along with the rest of the group... Plus have the ability to drag them over to where ever I want them...like I can the squad's etc.

I am a shortcut key player, and know all the press key tricks, but even they would get cluttered in a split second decision making effort, so while one hand is clicking #1-2-3-4 or f1 f2 f3 the mouse targeting the HP bars comes into play (and pot/genie clicking) and makes other hand free to use keystroke commands..without having to cycle through finding the target you want.. And I move my squad over closer to my skill slots...(mainly because im right handed)


Anyway, Self targeting would then be a less of an issue (admittedly it isn't a MAJOR one nor did I claim it to be) And could increase playability slightly more for those that utilize it. And being able to adjust your UI to better situate your personal play style can ultimately change alot... I use to myself create custom UIs for clerics in an older MMO, and the focus was when I made them was to maximize the ability to monitor your group mates, and have quick response to spell gems with a click of a mouse not having to go clear across your screen to get to... Also opening up actual visibility to your surroundings.

To target yourself... hit escape a few times and there you go. I play cleric as well with keystroke commands you're making it more complicated than it has to be.

No not complicated... Again never said it was.

I am aware I COULD move my skill bars over there... But still a suggestion remains, then I COULD move the other stuff over there!

Thats why we have suggestion places..b:victory not that it will be heard, but who knows! once upon a time ago, custom UIs was against TOS in another more ancient game, and that changed. So who knows right?

Anyway, so far a suggestion like that would't Conflict with anyone's gameplay, or game dynamics on a class/race level, or hardware on a graphic/hardware level.

One more unneeded thing clogging my screen most certainly would conflict with my gameplay. Personally speaking, I don't need to watch my HP/MP bar to tell you exactly where I stand - so adding another bar to the party menu would just be clutter to me, and detract from my gameplay.
