Glitch,can+t play it cus of it, HELP

I've been playing PWI before too...but i started again and now i got huge problem, first when i get in game, everything is okay for few minutes then when i walk/run sudenly my char goes forward much faster, then it gets back, then it goes faster, then gets back, so basicly i can't move from the place i'm at. It's super annoying and, i tryed verifying files, reinstalling game, and even downloading it again. So please if anyone can help me with this i would appreciate it so much, cause i would like to play again :P
