Tideborn Wings Glitch?

My Tideborn character (Psychic) on Raging Tides server, Rorschach, just got to level 30 and got his wings, but they look like this on my screen:

I asked my sister to log in and look at them from her characters PoV, and they looked fine/normal.
I've already tried unequipping them and then re-equipping them, and logging out then back in. They still look like that. Help?
