Game Start problems

if i start the pwi client and click Start then the screen turns black, then the client again and then the client shuts down. i have the latest update version!
what can i do?

    why u posted in the wizard section, not like we know any magic to fix games...try posting in Technical Support Zone. personally this never happened to me so i don't know what to tell you other than try reinstalling the game.
