After login, the game stays on the same screen....

hey. well i'm new to this game and just as i start to play and log in, the game kinda just freezes..... in that it just stays on the same screen for like more than 20 minutes. i've been looking for the past 3 days through forums and looking up on the internet how to fix it but i have found absolutely nothing!!

so... i have:
added the game to my exceptions in both my firewall and virus scan (which is really crappy anyways...) AND i've downloaded the nmap thing and it says this:
