Archery is a torture , (slow) b:cry

    have you tried with a squad?
    I know that it says to do it without squad but I did it and got the kill...

    I guess that a genie physical attack skill could be used
    or just run and hit with your soulsphere :p
    use holy path from your genie and/or apothecary pots to catch up

    i did it the hard way. just chase him whacking him with your soulsphere. just make sure u get a head of him when you attack so you usually get off 2 hits before the chase restarts

    Did you ever even do the quest? You need to do it solo.

    Just get a bow and run after him. Make sure he runs to the town (so stand behind him).
    Don't run to him on auto attack, as you will maybe get of 1 hit before having to run again. Run manually till pritty close to him, shoot a couple of times, and repeat

    however I can only guarantee that I was in a squad.
    cannot recall if the person did hit him, dealed significant damage, was in range or if she got the kill -and I don't really care.

    lol i did it with a fac member cuz when i tried to solo the mobs killed me... so the fac member killed the mobs b:surrender
