Somethings wrong with anni gifts

I have been around since 2 weeks from oficial server opening and all I got is the blessing. Last year I didnt get the mount and this year I didnt get a mount what do I do?

    Oh by the way it can take up to 48 hours to get your gifts in full, wait 2 days before QQing again.

    I think being good with answers doesn't make you a moderator. Hey, it's common sense, if something seems quirky, ticket it. b:cute

    That's part of the sarcasm/stupidity. If it's game related you have to ticket it, stated billions of times before and re stated hundreds more per day. I think it's also in the forum rules, but you understand.
