I can't get the Anniversary stuff, RAGE!!! Errors and stuff!

    ok i found an answer from other player in game: "you should have created your alt on the other server BEFORE clicking the link to receive your gifts".
    ok if is this true now i have another question: one char will be deleted in 2 days and just 1 char i will have on game (the new char i made it 3 days ago)...after that first char will be deleted i can get those aniversary gifts for my new char or its just 1 time click on pwi site to get those gifts this mounth? if i click again in a few days to get another gifts,after that first char is deleted,i can get more gifts on my new char?!

    That would be some good stuff to know Morosan. I got my gifts on a character I didn't want them to be on and I can't afford an account stash stone. I contacted support on the matter and they simply referred me to the page that said you can move your anniversary items with the stone. It frustrates me that they can't directly tell me whether or not they can move my gifts.

    What happens when you click "Item" in a mailbox message? I thought that was the way to get the anniversary gifts into my inventory but they are not there.

    Any GM can send me 2nd anniversary gift (Mount,bless,fashion) manual on my Character... Support doesnt work good, i waited 2 weeks and nothing happens...

    I'm also requesting that all three of my gift tickets be sent to my other character manually.

    I haven't taken my tickets from my mailbox yet so if there is a way for someone to transfer my higher-level character's mail to another character, I can get all of my gifts. Help would be appreciated!

    The thing that really annoys me is my friend is able to create multiple new alts and with each character he can click the link and get the items on the new character even after having previously clicked it. Meanwhile I get the same message as MoroSan. The system is beyond borked.
