I am pretty sure this is in the wrong section of the forum, but I can't really access any other forum or the Forum Front page. I Keep getting this error, or non loading pages:
Roseary - Sanctuary, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Is there something wrong with the forums, or am I just the lucky person here?

    I had issues loading the forums for several minutes, but it seems fixed now.

    I believe the forums have a bandwidth issue going on at the moment.

    Fun Fact: It took my browser 5 minutes to load this reply box. During that time, I browsed another forum w/o a problem.

    That would be from people currently going to the anniversary page to "attempt" to receive their gift/s.

    Another Fun Fact: I counted no less than 20 shouts in World Chat from people asking if the 48 hours had come and gone yet, in a 4 hour time span.

    This is correct; we've since established a cap for that page to keep everything else running smoothly. If you experience a message saying "website busy" or "Oops, we weren't able to deliver your items," please reload the page.
