    Why BIDS? oO

    I specifically said BT because it receives twice bonus from base magic attack, and thus twice bonus from sparking (i.e 700% physical weapon damage + 700% fire weapon damage). And of course a target with resistances as equal (or 0) on both fire & phys, since we are talking about "potential" damage. :P

    Hm...yeah I'm not too sure how the calculations for BT goes. Could you perhaps enlighten me please?

    So according to this thread which nobody disputed, you're right, and a BT would do more damage.
