    If you joined before Sept 2009, you should get one in the next 24 hours or so when they begin to distribute them. And there are people who are now here for 2 years fully, they got the mount exactly one year ago at the last anniversary. As for this anniversary, no, noone has got one yet. So be patient to find out. Hope you get one. b:cute But in case you were asking in the case of how rare they should be, no, they won't really be rare. Because everyone who's been here for one year or more will now have one soon.
