Logged onto RT for a few mins, then logged out, checked ping on HT and it wasn't "---", so logged in.

For the moment might have to re-start the client until you get a ping, or just keep trying to log in. *shrugs*

I also tried to log in on another account from a different PC and got the no-ping problem so evidently it's not universally fixed.
