couldnt get zen, but money was taken from my card WTF

ok i just bought a visa gift card with $50 on it just for perfect world. i registered my card online and made sure all $50 was there. it was. so i first tried using google checkout using the $50 selection, but then it said my card is on hold. so i tried a few more times but it keeps saying its on hold. and when i check my card it says i only have 17$ left but i didnt get any zen!! my information is the same on my card as i put in google checkout and everything. someone please help me...


EDIT : i just used paypal and picked $10 and it worked. but i still lost $33...
