problem with seeing charachters

ive got a ingame prob. i cant see the individual characters of the players.. its not easy to explane so i made a example

and this is goin on with every char.

    I've got the problem of not being able to see any chars in the game all I can see is their names flying past, which is a real problem as I couldn't join in any quests due to not being able to see the other players.
    This is being on now for the past 3 days & I don't feel like creating a new char as my char is already LV81.
    PLEASE HELP ME - I'm going crazy at this rate!!!!

    @Kyarae - go to the options > UI tab > and enable 'Customizations'
    @dodda - check the buttons in the upper left corner. The third one with a body on it. If it's green that's why you don't see the ppl around.
