genie gives spark skill?

i read somewhere in wiki pwi that there is a genie skill that give u fast chi,
so i check out all genie skill and only found a genie skill that give ur squad member fast chi,
is there a skill that give urself fast chi or spark?

    Genie skill to increase chi is Cloud Eruption.

    Cloud Eruption & Chi Syphon give you chi. You need an enemy target to use Syphon though.

    Well skils that gives a friend something good can obviusly also be used on yourself
