I am a cleric, ignore the forum char and i am only lvl66. I have never been to high lvls like lvl80 or 90 before but I am trying to get there. After all the talks and complaints about TT90 and TT99 gear and how difficult it has been since the TT nerfs, I was wondering..should i continue playing? I was only expecting to spend maybe a few months trying to gather mats for my gear...not throw away my life for it. Is it really true that in order to get the mind boggling gear I have to either forget life and spend all my time around the computer or spend unnecessary money on it. Of course this game is a business but shouldnt it be made a certain way where if someone wants the best they pay where as if someone who doesn't have the best can work harder for it. A Gm on this forum claims they take it seriously when we say they do not care abou their players. Truth be told and I am sorry to say it but you do not..let me repeat..you do not and dont kid your selves into thinking you do. You are like the man who beats his wife but claims you love her and your going to change but you never do. So in my conclusion i say, sadly i dont think i will ever get TT90 or TT99 gear because i dont even think i will be able to +7 my gear. All i can do now is help people in my faction and in the worthless TW and chat with friends. Your ship is going to sink PWI, but im kind enough to stay with you until that time.

The only 90 mat that has become increasingly difficult to get would be Giant Beast Armor... Also the gold mat, Giant Beast Shell, will rise in price to how much it would cost to chip.
So if you only plan on getting 90 gear then you're fine. Getting 99 gear will pretty much require you to merch or cash shop now.
The instance has been made too difficult in comparison to the actual drop rate of such items, and if you don't have a very well geared party you're more likely going to spend more on pots, charms and repairs to farm a whole party of 6 a piece each than it would to just chip it.I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.0 -
generally it's easier to farm lower level instances for $$ and then buy the mats or the armor from other players.also, you dont have to get top gear..main: psy94
how about having fun instead of expecting the worse?b:thanks0 -
idk what ur talkin about when it comes to TT 90, its rediculousy easy to get it, hell u can find +ed and sharded piecwes in aH for only a few mil (seen +3 top pieces for only 3mil), TT99 though......eh stick w/ refinin ur TT 90 or gettin oht pieces, persoanly, i think OHT amror better if u can find good oneswell when ur LA psy has same wep grade and refine as ur pure AA wiz, hits as high per shot, has faster dps, and has 2x the crit %, time to retire the wiz............

You could always go Lunar.

Why do people act like TT90 is the end all / be all for level 90-99? I got my second tier Nirvana Sleeves fully sharded and +7 before I handed down my Sleeves of Sea Captain to my other toon. Legendary equips have their unique advantages and the savings can be applied to make them as good as TT, at least for Arcane. There's also a lot of 2nd hand TT90 pre sharded and refined for cheap.
People will figure stuff out, and TT will become easier.Be kind: Help the GMs to depopulate the servers.0 -

Well, pretty much any TT set can be exchanged for the Frost or Lunar greens, or some molds.
And of course, there's always OHT armors.
But I suppose some people have a thing for farming the materials for their gear and making them, even if buying would be faster and cheaper. So in my conclusion i say, sadly i dont think i will ever get TT90 or TT99 gear because i dont even think i will be able to +7 my gear.
That's ridiculous. I have/had TT90s on my Archer and I've never owned a single piece refined higher than +3. I didn't see it as necessary. +4'ing my armors might get me to 5,000+ life, along with some re-sharding, but that's a mess. And btw, anyone who +7's their TT90 gear is either an idiot or has no intention to get to 95 or higher. If you disregard what I say because of who I am or because of the contents of what I said, you are a fool.
Everyone wants to be different, but when you're different you wish you were normal.0
