Snake Isle race

Don't know if this is the right place because it's not exactly a quest but i figured this would be the most appropriate place to put this lol.

For over a week now I have tried to enter the Snake Isle race event at 19:50 PWI time but the option does not come up at the Khatru pup. I'm level 68. I have never entered this race before. Why wont the option to enter the race appear? I even arrived at the Khatru pup 15 mins earlier and clicked on the Khatru pup every minute or so to see if the option would magically appear lol......What am i missing? b:surrender

    hmm I figure a picture is worth a thousand words..... I have sent a ticket in but they keep giving me automated responses and just keep telling me to look in the forums. So here i am again, playing their very annoying "Why are you asking us why it wont work??" game lol

    I figure eventually someone will tell me i'm either overlooking something very obvious and i need to stop taking my dumb pills, or there is, infact something wrong b:chuckle. Just head me in the direction of which one it is lol.

    The 19:50 one is not working, i checked over 3 days to make sure.

    Eh, unless you want the badge of speed there's no point in doing the race. They never have, and never will implement the monthly races, so there's no point to them.

    Ok, so it's just the 19:50 one that's not working? That's a bummer, it's the only one i can do unless i want to get up at around 5:00 in the morning, and that's just not going to happen lol. Has the 19:50 one EVER worked? In the ticket i sent in, they said that they had tested the race and it SHOULD be working as normal... b:beatup Well gee thanks, i know it SHOULD be working, but obviously it isn't. Maybe they should just test that again for real this time lol.

    I only wanted to do the race for a bit of fun, just something different to try.... and also for the exp and spirit it might give. I'm not sure about the deal with the badges of speed, i wouldn't know what the hell they are lol... i'll just go look it up b:avoid
