    Once some one have told me this: "racist jokes are funny, but people in pointy white hats aren't.".
    There's a thick. Line between being racial and being racist. For example, dave chapelle and paul mooney. They aren't racist, although they may joke about white people often and some people can't tell the difference. Yes, black people can be racist but there are actually more white people I have caught being seriously racist. Like I can call you a cracker right now, maybe I was joking, cracker isn't that offensive. You can call me a N1gg3r right now, maybe you was joking and maybe not but the N word is serious stuff comming from a white persons mouth. There's a reason even comedians aren't allowed to say it if their white. When a white person is being racist they will say what ever offensive term they know. A black person on the er hand can say lots of offensive terms and don't mean it and people won't mind because racist white ppl are more racist than racist black people. So in conclusion... Yes black ppl can be racist but white people can wihite people can be more.
