How is Rank 8 more expensive than Nirvana?

Many say that Nirvana is cheaper than Rank 8, but isn't Rank 8 cheaper in the long run considering you don't need pieces of TT99 or Lunar gear or manufacturing skills?

Rank 8: 64,000 tokens @ 10k each + about 15 mil to get the gear (4 pieces) AND weapon from NPC = 655 mil

Nirvana: 4 pieces of TT99 gear or Lunar gear @ ~120 total + 1000 uncannies (Quench/2nd stage for 4 pieces) @ 500k each + 150 raptures for weapon (first cast only) @ 1.5 mil each = 770 mil

    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze
